GUA SHA
Precision facial sculpting for circulation, glow, and release.
Choose options

This grey agate gua sha was born in our treatment rooms, where we use it to coax tension out of the jaw, soften “tech neck,” and wake up sluggish circulation. With consistent use, the tool helps support lymphatic flow, so puffiness drains more easily, skin looks clearer, and features appear more defined.
Unlike trendy “quick fix” gadgets, gua sha is a tactile, mindful practice: slow, unidirectional strokes that invite the skin to move, the fascia to release, and the nervous system to downshift. Layered over your facial oil or serum, it improves glide and can help your actives spread and absorb more evenly—turning skincare (nutrition) and tools (exercise) into a complete at-home training plan for your face.
With daily to near-daily use, you can expect softer tension lines, a more sculpted jawline and cheekbones, and a calmer, more luminous complexion over time.
Key benefits:Softens jaw and masseter tension → helps soften nasolabial folds & marionette lines. Lifts brow and smooths “11s” and expression lines. Plumps lips and helps soften vertical lip lines
This tool is designed to be kept for years, not cycled through trends. The grey agate stone and organic cotton pouch are durable, reusable materials that minimize waste.

HOW TO USE
TCM favors warmth for healthy qi and blood flow → AVOID COLD STONES FROM THE FRIDGE
Never use gua sha over makeup or SPF (can cause breakouts)
Work mostly in upward, one-direction strokes
Repeat each movement 3–5 times
Cleanse thoroughly first
- Apply a generous hydrating serum/essence until skin feels slightly tacky
- Optionally layer an active serum (avoid strong retinols unless well-tolerated)
- Finish with enough facial oil for glide without slipping
Hold at about a 45° angle
Use the surface, not the sharp edge
Three main techniques:
- Plucking with the two points to “fluff” tissue and release tension
- Sweeping with the serrated edge to sculpt and lift
- Gliding with the flat surface for long, slow passes
Neck → jaw → cheeks → eye area → forehead → lips → scalp & around ears
Avoid the center of the neck (trachea)
Use lighter pressure on thin, delicate areas (eyes, lips, forehead)
Perform 3–4 times per week
Visible improvements in tone, lift, and smoothness in about two weeks
Can be enhanced by adding facial cupping to the routine

Frequently Asked Questions
Our gua sha supports lymphatic drainage, softens fascia tension, and boosts circulation, which can help reduce puffiness, refine the jawline, and create a brighter, more lifted look over time.
We recommend starting 2–3 times per week, then building up to daily use if your skin tolerates it. Consistency is more important than intensity—think of it like gentle strength training for your skin.
Yes, but keep pressure feather-light and avoid working directly over active breakouts. Focus on lymph pathways (neck and perimeter of the face) to help move stagnation without over-stimulating irritated areas.
Always use gua sha with slip—never on dry skin. A serum plus oil combo (like Hydrate Serum under Protect Oil) gives the stone enough glide to protect the barrier and maximize comfort.
The main differences are weight and feel. Grey agate has a smooth, cool surface and a satisfying heft that helps create efficient, controlled strokes. It comes down to preference and design more than “better vs worse.”
It’s not a replacement for advanced spa treatments, but it extends and maintains their results. Think of facials as the “personal training” and gua sha as your daily home practice in between.
Morning helps de-puff and wake up the face; evening is ideal for deeper tension release. Choose the time you can repeat consistently—that’s where real results come from.
