The Drain
Start at the neck. Sweep the cup downward — always following the natural lymphatic pathways. This clears stagnation and opens the flow. Repeat 3–5 times per side.

Sweep under the chin and along the jawline, always down toward the neck. This defines contours and keeps the drainage flowing.
