Daniella leads the INBAR+co system as Founder + Formulator. Her work begins with formulation: creating products for professional-use logic, refining them through the Resonance Marin spa environment, and releasing them as retail formulas only when they hold beyond the spa.
The lab sits inside Resonance Marin, and clients pass it on their way to treatments. That proximity matters. Formulation, service, feedback, and quality control are not abstractly connected. They share a physical space.
At 58, with no invasive procedures, Daniella lives the brand's age-positive position herself: support the skin, do not erase the face. Her guardrails are restraint, barrier respect, material responsibility, and visible results over time.
"Results matter. So does what we refuse to compromise to get them."
Miriam keeps the system working in practice. She oversees operations, logistics, lab production, internal systems, and quality control across product and spa use.
Her work sits where formulation meets execution: making sure batches, production flow, and service standards stay consistent. She also supports treatment protocol development inside the spa environment, so what happens professionally remains clear, repeatable, and controlled.
"Good systems make good work repeatable."
Margaret is the client-facing center of the Resonance Marin experience. Her work is primarily spa-focused: client care, sales support, HR, and the day-to-day human standard that makes the spa feel considered instead of transactional.
She brings deep skincare knowledge to client guidance, helping people understand what their skin needs, how to use the products, and when to keep the sequence simple. Her role keeps the system close to real clients, real questions, and real routines.
"Luxury should feel personal."
Based in Berlin, Raphaela shapes the visual language of INBAR+co: brand collateral, styling, photography, merchandising, and the way the product world is seen before it is read.
Her work gives the brand its contrast: clinical restraint without sterility, sustainability without plainness, luxury without excess. The tubes, textures, still lifes, and merchandising all pass through that lens.
"Make sustainability feel desirable."
