Light suction is enough. Hard suction does not produce a better result. It produces marks and irritation.
Start at the Neck
Begin at the neck and move upward. The neck is where drainage support starts, and warming the area first makes the rest of the work more effective.
Smaller Cup for Delicate Areas
Use the smaller cup around the eye contour, the lip area, and anywhere skin is thin. The smaller cup gives finer control and reduces marking risk.
Do Not Chase Intensity
The visible support comes from frequency and consistency. Stop if you see persistent marking, bruising, or any discomfort. Avoid the day of and the days right after injectables.

What makes XO Facial Cups different from standard Facial Cups?
XO Facial Cups are the premium version, made of glass and FSC-certified rubber and designed around the XO sequence. The standard Facial Cups are a silicone version: more accessible, simpler to use, with a lighter hand-feel.
Do I need XO Serum to use them?
XO Serum is part of the XO pairing, but the non-negotiable for cupping is slip. Use Protect Oil so the cups glide. XO Essence and XO Serum are the preparation; Protect Oil is what makes the technique safe and comfortable.
Will it leave marks?
Used correctly, no. Keep the cups moving, use light suction, and use enough slip. Stationary suction is what produces marks. If you see any, stop and let skin recover.
Can I use them after injectables?
Wait at least seven to ten days, or follow your provider's guidance. Use light pressure and avoid treated areas. Skip altogether if skin is still tender or marked.
Can they replace injectables?
No tool replaces injectables. XO Facial Cups are a non-invasive sculpting support for customers who prefer a hands-on approach to visible depuffing and definition.
How do I clean and care for them?
