FACIAL CUPPING SET
Gentle negative pressure for contour, clarity, and circulation.

Our Facial Cupping Set is part of every integrative facial at the spa for a reason: it creates a gentle vacuum that lifts tissue, encourages lymph drainage, and brings a healthy rush of blood and nutrients to the skin’s surface. The result: soft plumping of fine lines, clearer-looking pores, and a more awake, less “puffy” face.
Unlike body cupping, this is not about aggressive marks or bruising; it’s a subtle, gliding technique adapted for delicate facial structures. Over time, regular use helps remodel fascia patterns, ease jaw tension, and support the skin’s own regenerative processes. Used over your serums and oils, it also helps distribute product evenly, supporting absorption without unnecessary friction.
Results: With consistent use, you can expect a fuller, smoother appearance in areas prone to hollowing, fewer “congestion days,” and a generally more lifted, luminous look.
What the routine is: A low-effort, high-reward facial cupping ritual. Focuses on lymphatic drainage, de-puffing, and circulation, while also helping tension and collagen support. Designed to leave skin lifted, radiant, and “blooming.”
The medical-grade silicone cups are designed for long-term, repeated use to reduce single-use tool waste. Store them in their organic cotton pouch between sessions to extend their lifespan.

HOW TO USE
Cardinal rule: Always cleanse first – never cup over makeup, SPF, or dirty skin (breakout risk).
Work in intentional lines that follow lymph flow, especially downward along the neck to clear drainage pathways.
Most movements are repeated 3–5 times and mirrored on both sides.
Start on freshly cleansed skin.
- Mist with Exo Essence.
- Follow with Exo Serum – both contain plant-based exosomes (described as “nature’s 5G signal” for skin).
- Apply a generous amount of Protect Oil for slip so cups glide without tugging.
- Include the neck in product application.
- Wipe your hands so the cups don’t slip out of your grip.
Use facial cups with light, controlled suction (no dragging or tugging).
Different cup sizes for different areas:
- Standard cup for cheeks, jaw, forehead.
- Small cup for eyes and delicate areas.
- Start at the neck.
Flash-cup downward along the sides of the neck to open drainage pathways.
Follow the natural lymph flow (down, not up) because lymph has no pump.
Repeat 3–5 times per line, then switch sides. - Jawline & Under Chin
Sweep under the chin and along the jawline, then down the neck.
Always downward for drainage, never up.
Repeat 3–5 times per side. - Cheeks & Smile Lines
Glide from jaw up to ear, moving zone by zone up to the cheekbones.
For nasolabial folds: hold the cup there for 2 seconds, then sweep to the ear.
For marionette lines: press your tongue inside your cheek to create resistance while you cup—easy “resistance training” that helps lift and soften those lines. - 11s & Forehead
Target the “11s” between the brows (lines of focus/frustration).
If you have thin skin or Botox, switch to a smaller cup and use lighter suction.
Regular gliding can soften expression lines and potentially extend time between injectables.
Sweep across the forehead from brow to hairline, finishing at the temples to include the crow’s feet / joy lines.
Repeat 3–5 times, then switch sides. - Eyes & Eyelids
Use small cups for the delicate eye area.
Lightly flash-cup around the orbital bone (under-eye and around) 3–5 times.
Helps with dark circles and puffiness (“morning coffee” for your eyes); done at night, it helps you wake less puffy.
For droopy lids: very gentle sweep under the brow and straight up over the forehead for a subtle lifting effect. - Lips
Do a few short, soft glides over and around the lips to bring blood flow and oxygen to the area.
Finish with playful “power kisses” to further stimulate circulation and fullness. - Final Drain (Full Circle)
Finish exactly where you began: glide along the jawline and down the neck, directing fluid toward the drainage points. - Repeat 3–5 times, then repeat the entire sequence on the other side.
Perform 3–4 times per week
Visible improvements in tone, lift, and smoothness in about two weeks
Can be enhanced by adding facial gua sha to the routine

Frequently Asked Questions
Facial cupping uses gentle suction to lift tissue, support lymph drainage, and increase circulation. This can help reduce puffiness, improve skin tone, and create a fuller, smoother appearance in the face over time.
Yes, when used properly: keep suction very light, always glide (never park the cups), and avoid active breakouts or compromised barrier areas. If your skin is reactive, start once a week and observe.
Done correctly with light, gliding movements, it should not leave cupping marks. Marks usually happen when cups are left stationary or suction is too strong—we specifically avoid that in our at-home protocol.
They’re complementary, not interchangeable. Cupping is excellent for lifting and fluid movement; gua sha excels at scraping tension patterns in fascia. We often use both in the same treatment.
We don’t recommend combining with intense actives in the same session. Use facial cupping on nights when you’re focusing on hydration and barrier-supportive formulas instead.
You may see immediate plumping and de-puffing after one session, but shape and texture changes typically show up after several weeks of consistent use.
Facial cupping uses smaller, softer cups and much lighter suction. Body cupping can be more intense and may leave marks; facial cupping is adapted for delicate structures and aesthetics.
