GUA SHA CLEANSE
Dispense a nickel size amount of gentle cleanser into palms and apply to entire face and neck.
- Run your gua sha tool under water and massage your skin and facial muscles, creating a light creamy emulsion.
- Sweep upward and then outward toward ear and down the neck, ending at the clavicle.
Repeat two or three times.
To reduce tension and TMJ syndrome, use carved edge of tool to perform deeper and shorter strokes along the jawline cheek bones and chin.
