Facial cupping is part of every integrative facial at our spa.

It is a gentle and safe modality to glide away puffiness, increase healthy circulation to the skin and release tension between the fascia and muscle layers. 

Cupping will immediately create a fuller appearance in the skin and with regular use, can have long term effects as well. 

lymph drainage, removes puffiness, clears acne -  by removing built up waste products and fluids in the lymphatic tissue, the skin is detoxified and renewed.  This is a great way to clear current breakouts and prevent new ones.

In general, always glide up, out and down, ending at the lymphatic tissue located at the clavicle (collar bone).

  • First wash your face with our GENTLE CLEANSER, then apply a second layer of gentle cleanser and massage your face. Gently squeeze the larger of the two cups and begin the facial cupping sequence shown in the diagram.

  • Rinse and continue with CLARIFY SERUM and finish with RECOVERY CREAM

After cleansing and applying serums continue with PROTECT OIL and massage into skin. Gently squeeze the larger of the two cups and begin facial cupping as shown in the diagram.

Cupping should be performed a maximum of 2 to 3 times per week.  Spend extra time on areas that need attention such as the “11’s” in between the eyebrows, lines around the eyes and the mouth.
